This slow, powerful technique targets large muscle groups to encourage myofascial release and restore healthy movement patterns. It’s especially beneficial for athletes or anyone dealing with chronic tightness or post-workout soreness.
Each session pairs focused Body Tempering work with 30 minutes of Red Light Therapy to support tissue recovery and enhance results. Your appointment time includes both modalities — for example, a 90-minute session consists of 60 minutes of Body Tempering followed by 30 minutes of Red Light Therapy.

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic technique that helps your lymphatic system move fluid out of a swollen area. It can reduce swelling from injury, surgery, or cancer treatment, support immune function, promote detoxification, and calm the nervous system. Community Access Rate
We make fair pricing a priority and work intentionally to keep our services accessible for the working individuals and families we serve in our community. To extend additional support to those in lower-earning stages of life or in traditionally underpaid community roles, we offer an $8 reduction on our standard session rates for qualifying clients.

Please note: Only one Community Access Rate adjustment may be applied per visit. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or prepaid pricing. Services paid for with a gift card are not eligible for additional rate adjustments. Packages and Memberships already reflect preferred pricing and are not eligible for further reductions.
A Note on Health Insurance…
We do not accept health insurance. Upon request, we will provide receipts for self-submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Most health insurers do not include massage therapy in their coverage, regardless of medical recommendation or a doctor's prescription (keep in mind, your health insurance determines what is covered, not your doctor). While some insurers may suggest there is coverage for massage, they add a loophole that the massage must be performed by a chiropractor or physical therapist to be covered. These professionals don't perform massage therapy and therefore, your insurance company doesn’t have to pay.
We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for massage therapy services — including individual sessions, Monthly Memberships, and Massage Packages. Our Memberships and Packages offer built-in savings of $10–$15 per session, and using your HSA or FSA allows you to pay with pre-tax dollars — making consistent care even more accessible.
Be sure to check with your benefits administrator for the specific rules and eligibility requirements of your Health Savings or Flexible Spending account.
